Erin has been affiliated with firm attorneys since 1998. Her focus since that time has been consumer class action litigation in the state and federal courts.
Erin’s practice has placed special emphasis on improper lending practices. She has been involved with numerous cases challenging the improper conduct of credit card companies, mortgage lenders, and other lenders. See, e.g., Vallies v. Sky Bank, 432 F.3d 493 (3d Cir. 2006) (a case where the court held that the lender violated the Truth-in-Lending Act by failing to provide required disclosures to the borrower).
Erin is currently engaged in litigation challenging the abusive foreclosure practices of mortgage lenders. See, e.g., Glover v. Washington Mutual Bank, F.A. et al, Case No. #2:08-cv-00990-RCM, U.S. District Court, Western District of PA.
Erin lives in western New York with her family. She is currently the President of the Board of Directors of the Literacy Volunteers of Cattaraugus County.
